Witches

The world of witches is filled with passion, magic, high spirits, and joy. Catherine made no secret of her interest in magic and metaphysics. Elphaba is a sensitive crusader for justice and an animal rights activist who becomes involved in the underground resistance to the wizard’s oppressive regime and is thus branded a wicked enemy of the state. Finally, a court magician blamed his condition on Tamamo, revealing her to be a fox witch disguised as a beautiful woman, who was magically draining the emperor of all his vital energy.
